Our team delivered the complete fire sprinkler installation for the new development at 111 Centre Avenue, New Rochelle, NY, contracted by MCRT Northeast Construction LLC on behalf of CH New Rochelle LLC. This large-scale project encompasses 334 residential units, amenity spaces, service areas, and an extensive parking garage with over 120,000 m², within a building totaling over 320,000 m².
The scope included the installation of more than 7,800 sprinkler heads, strategically distributed throughout all residential floors, common areas, mechanical spaces, and the multi-level garage. Our work ensured full NFPA compliance, seamless integration with the building’s fire protection infrastructure, and consistent coverage designed to safeguard occupants and property.
